Overview

HRchitect is a leading HR technology consulting firm. For over 25 years, we have helped organizations worldwide evaluate, select, implement, and support HR technology systems. Our fully remote company is expanding, and our marketing team has an opening for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute co-marketing strategies with key software partners. It is a functional manager/individual contributor role, not a people-management position. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Program Leadership

  • Own and grow HRchitect’s strategic partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales goals and partner priorities.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for HRchitect’s alliance partners, cultivating productive relationships and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Develop and execute annual co-marketing plans with input from internal stakeholders and partner contacts, including campaigns, content, and event participation.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing partner ecosystems to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

 

Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified leads
  • Leverage ABM strategies to target key prospects and drive meaningful engagement
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute go-to-market strategies that generate qualified leads
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align partner marketing initiatives with broader pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Manage partner marketing funds to maximize demand generation outcomes through strategic investments
  • Analyze and report on partner-led campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and partner engagement.

 

Partner Content Development

  • Create and manage the development of partner-specific marketing materials such as one-pagers, case studies, thought leadership, videos, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure partner-related content is consistent with HRchitect’s voice, brand standards, and aligned with partner messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and consultants to source compelling success stories and testimonials for use in partner-facing content.

 

Events & Enablement

  • Plan and execute partner-focused events, including webinars, conferences, and partner-led sessions, from logistics to post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create enablement tools and campaigns that improve partner engagement and support lead generation.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations to track and attribute leads from partner programs and events, and optimize performance over time.

 

Digital & Data Management

  • Maintain HRchitect’s presence on partner marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Manage and analyze partner marketing campaign performance data, using insights to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist to support CRM integrity, build lead lists, and execute nurture campaigns.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, Strategic Services, and practice leaders to execute initiatives that support shared business goals.
  • Participate in marketing strategy sessions and contribute to company-wide campaign planning with a focus on partner alignment.
  • Support other marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a partner or channel marketing role within HCM, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Prior experience developing and executing co-branded or partner-led marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work from a remote home office in North America
  • Reliable internet connection with the ability to regularly host virtual meetings
  • Regularly appearing on camera and speaking during virtual meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Writing samples may be requested.
  • High level of comfort using tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Monday.com, WordPress, Canva, Office 365, and Salesforce platforms.
  • Self-starter with excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy, quality, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HR technology or HR processes (payroll, time and attendance, talent management, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Open to occasional travel (event-related).
