HRchitect is looking for talented, passionate professionals with UKG experience to join our growing team. As an HRchitect Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients with the implementation of UKG software. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution. This position is full time (40 hours per week).

• Project planning and analysis

• Document configuration requirements
• Configure UKG software per specifications
• Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions
• Coordinate deployment activities
• Provide product training
• Solid understanding of UKG Ready modules
• Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
• Interface with client to build solid relationship
• Actively pursue opportunities within the team to widen your experienceDemonstrate consistent record of accuracy in configuration
• Demonstrate consistency in responsiveness to teammates and clients

• Previous UKG Ready experience and certification
• Boomi Integration Platform proficiency
• Experience in database querying, programing, and web services, web transfer methods, file management and cloud technology
• Ability to assist Sales, Presales, or Services teams with integration discovery and scoping
• Comfortable working within a cloud-based environment
• Ability to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
• Ability to work remotely from home office in North America
• Experience in a Professional Services consulting environment
• UKG Product knowledge (Pro, Dimensions, Ready)
• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP preferred
• Development languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL) preferred
• Development tools (source control, defect tracking tools, Postman etc.) preferred
