HRchitect is looking for talented, passionate professionals with UKG experience to join our growing team. As an HRchitect Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients with the implementation of UKG software. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution. This position is full-time (40 hours per week).

• Application developer that understands object-oriented programming
• JavaScript Experience (Java or Groovy Script Experience Acceptable)
• REST and SOAP API Experience
• Strong SQL experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data validation and testing
• Strong Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team
• Ability to work remotely from home office

Minimum:

• Candidates will be required to complete UKG WFM Integration Training and achieve the Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification.
• Conduct analysis and create specification documents for integration between client’s systems and UKG. 
• Develop, test, and deploy system interfaces. 
• Manage and resolve issues with delivered integrations. 
• Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
• Interface with customer to build solid relationship 
• Actively pursue opportunities within the team to widen your experience 
• Demonstrate consistent record of accuracy in configuration 
• Demonstrate consistency in responsiveness to teammates and customers

Preferred:

• Boomi Development Experience (will be required to take and pass Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification)
• Experience using a middleware platform
• Postman Experience (or similar API testing tool experience)
• Previous HRIS or HRM Systems Integration Experience
• UKG PRO or UKG WFM Experience
